Ulises AI’s Steam Shuttle is a mesmerizing digital art project that explores the intersection of historic and futuristic technology. The Midjourney-generated series features a collection of surreal vehicles that stand as a tribute to the romantic past of shuttle transport — a fusion of technology and vintage style.

Each rendering transports the viewer to a world where the timeless aesthetic of steam machines has been reimagined and combined with cutting-edge technology to create a fleet of sleek, futuristic traveling pods. With their attention to detail and imaginative design, the shuttles offer a glimpse into a world where technology and history intersect in new and exciting ways.

a fusion of cutting-edge technology and vintage aesthetics

For Steam Shuttle, Ulises AI draws inspiration from the timeless design and ingenuity of old steam engines to celebrate the beauty and elegance of form and function. The sleek lines and curves are inspired by the romantic steam-powered vehicles of the past, while the advanced technology provides a glimpse into the future of sustainable urban transport.

In what the artist describes as ‘a visual manifesto for a sustainable future,’ the shuttles’ harmonious integration of function and form inspire the viewer to imagine a future where technology and beauty coexist in perfect harmony. ‘The vehicles are a testament to the power of the imagination and a reminder that the future can be beautiful, ecological, and deeply rooted in our past,’ he concludes.
