lehmann maupin in new york presents an exhibition of new work by japanese artist jun nguyen – hatsushiba, his second solo exhibition at the gallery. nguyen – hatsushiba, best known for his films shot underwater, presents a new film ‘the ground, the root and the air: the passing of the bodhi tree’, alongside ‘garden of globes’ a large spatial installation shown at kunstmuseum luzern earlier this year.
