okuda san miguel collaborates with HAROW for multicolor version of the skull armchair

parisian studio HAROW has collaborated with okuda san miguel in an updated version of their iconic sculptural skull armchair. the spanish artist, known for his signature multicolored patterns that have already covered the surfaces of trains, interiors, and entire buildings, has handpainted the armchair’s multiple facets in bright hues.

okuda san miguel‘s new art piece, presented in collaboration with HAROW, professional artist platform ink and movement, and parisian by night gallery, taps onto a recurrent theme of both his and harrow’s line of work: the skull. through paintings, sculptures, and drawings, the two artists have given their own interpretations of the skull, either with intense color and projections, or through angular sculpting. in their collaboration, okuda and harow have merged their personal techniques into a new style that allows them to experiment even further.
