trees turn a punchy pink and blue skies are dramatized through the photographer’s lens.after three years of arts and design courses at politecnico in turin, these shots have awakened my need to use color in order to distort reality,’ pettigiani says. ‘this project, for example, has been shot with a nikon D750, converting full-spectrum, to explore the light’s spectrum emanated by plants. a spark that lies just beyond the beam visible to men.’
