today saw the rca secret exhibition 2007 open to the public. the celebrated/derided exhibition (dependent on your opinion) displays around 2,500 original postcard-sized artworks made and donated by professional artists, designers and illustrators among the work of up-and-coming graduates from the royal college of art. every postcard is on sale to the public, each costing £40. each postcards’ artist’s signature is placed on the back and is only revealed after purchase, it is just down to your keen eye or impeccable taste to determine whether you walk home with an original hockney, emin or a young art student’s piece.
