italian-born and danish-based architect and digital art director laurent rosset is so inspired by his travels on a plane and amazed by seeing everyday elements from a different angle, that he decided to challenge the reality and release a new ‘sea of clouds’ series of dreamy artworks. using photoshop, the artist blends details of natural beauty together and drowns clouds in the sea.

‘the mix had to be both subtle and bold’, explains rosset. ‘in this way, the simple beauty hidden behind every single picture, mixed with the other images, could create a complexity in perspective that triggers people to dream.’ last time the artist flipped reality in his series ‘the sky is flat’ and ‘sleep (t)height’.
