snask transforms an old caravan into a colorful music studio to turn tables, and heads

swedish creative studio snask teamed up with turning tables to redesign an old caravan into a mobile music studio. founded by danish DJ martin jakobsen, turning tables is a non profit organization that builds creative spaces to encourage refugee children around the world to express themselves through music and film. as their tour in sweden is set to launch, turning table was in need of a more efficient way to travel from neighborhood to neighborhood. snask decided to help out and purchased an old caravan that could do the job.

the outside was painted and the caravan got that bold and eye-catching dress that it deserved with the sole purpose; to turn tables and heads.’ comments turning tables.

painted outside with colorful illustrations and dressed inside with pink fur, the caravan is completely redesigned by snask. with the help of stellan von reybekiel, the head of construction at turning tables, the two teams tore out the entire inside of the caravan and renovated it, taking away moldy parts and replacing the wooden structure with an entirely new floor. the exterior artwork of the caravan features the works of  fabrizio morra, rasmus linderos, enrike puerto.
