‘stories for the seas’ is a limited edition coffee table book that blends stunning photography with first-hand accounts from worldwide contributors. the 270-page publication aims to raise ocean awareness with stories that focus on the hugely negative impact human activity is having on marine environments across the globe. the book also supports people that are working to preserve our oceans and fight the war on plastic pollution as 100% of the profits go to non-profit organizations.

contributors to the book include surfing photographers, environmental activists, artists, athletic swimmers, seafarers, and many more. readers are taken on a journey through our oceans to see the good and the bad: from idyllic blue waters to plastic pollution that washes onto beaches. the ultimate goal of the publication is to highlight the urgent issues facing marine environments and to get readers to join the fight. stories for the seas has been endorsed by surfer, tom carroll.

all the profits from sales of the book are being donated equally to four organizations: surfers against sewage, plastic change, sin azul no hay verde, and changing tides foundation. stories for the seas was first published in sweden in 2020 by earlabs AB. the coffee table book is available for purchase on the surfears website here.
