the ‘cola-bow’ by penda is a public art installation made out of more than 17.000 recycled plastic bottles, which are braided together to create a form influenced by the swoop in the coca-cola logo. the intervention serves as reminder to reflect on the current state of plastic pollution, aiming to encourage citizens to recycle on a regular basis.

    robert says:
  • Easy form of recycling… Don’t drink soft drinks / coke / bottled water

    Desk says:
  • I think this is brilliant, especially when the light turned on. Also..the choice with coca cola bottle is a witty one. Besides the red cap cantrasted nicely with the yellow glowing light. The artist can be (ar was) benefitted sponsor from the company.
