London Design Awards: Celebrating Design That Shapes the World

The London Design Awards is an international competition organised by the International Awards Associate (IAA), recognising exceptional design that influences how people live, work, communicate, and experience the world.

Inspired by one of the world's leading centres for architecture, design, culture, and innovation, the competition honours architects, designers, studios, agencies, brands, and creative professionals whose work demonstrates originality, functionality, and lasting impact across today's global design landscape.

The London Design Awards celebrates projects that bridge creativity with purpose—recognising design that not only solves challenges but also enriches everyday experiences, advances industries, and inspires meaningful change. From architecture and interiors to products, digital experiences, branding, and emerging design disciplines, the competition showcases work that reflects the diversity and influence of contemporary design.

The London Design Awards is open to architects, designers, creative professionals, agencies, studios, companies, manufacturers, suppliers, freelancers, independent creators, and students worldwide.

Eligibility & Entry Process

Eligible entries must have been produced, launched, published, completed, or released within the past five (5) calendar years through the final deadline.

Submissions are completed entirely online and include a project description, visual materials, and optional supporting documentation. Motion and multimedia projects may be submitted through video links hosted on platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo, or Youku.

Early Bird: 24 June - 24 July 2026
Regular: 25 July - 3 September 2026
Final: 4 September - 8 October 2026
Final Extension: 9 October - 6 November 2026
Last Minute: 7 November - 4 December 2026
Results Announcement: 18 December 2026

Judging Process

All entries are evaluated through a blind judging process to ensure impartiality, with all identifying information removed before review.

The international jury comprises accomplished architects, product designers, interior designers, creative directors, educators, UX/UI specialists, branding professionals, and industry leaders from around the world. Jurors are selected for their professional expertise, industry credibility, and diverse perspectives across design disciplines.

The London Design Awards presents the following distinctions:

Winners receive the London Design Awards statuette, customisable and personalised certificates, official winner assets, and international recognition through the winners gallery, editorial features, digital showcases, press releases, and global media exposure across IAA platforms and partner media channels. Selected winners may also be featured on Muse.World.
