The TITAN Property Awards program recognizes, celebrates, and honors the highest levels of achievement in property development, interior design, architecture, landscape design, lighting design, conceptual design and marketing, focusing on ergonomics, innovativeness, living standards, originality, and sustainability.
This award is open to property developers, interior designers, architects, real estate professionals, advertisers, landscape designers, lighting designers, marketers, and individual service providers, from residential to commercial and local to international, who aim to improve our daily lives, implement sustainability, and preserve the environment.

Redefining Global Standards Of Design
The 2026 TITAN Property Awards introduces its official theme: Redefining Global Standards of Design—a recognition of the architectural and interior designs, as well as property developments that are raising the benchmarks of quality, creativity, and innovation across the global built environment.
This year’s theme honors architects, interior designers, developers, and visionaries whose work redefines expectations in property and design. From residential and commercial projects to hospitality, mixed-use developments, and urban planning, the award celebrates designs that combine functionality, and lasting impact.
With a focus on architectural vision, innovative interiors, sustainable development, and transformative property concepts, TITAN recognizes those who raise the standards of design today, setting benchmarks that influence how people live, work, and connect worldwide.
Categories:
TITAN Property Awards Categories are divided into 9 award programs – Property Development, Architecture, Interior Design, Landscape Design, Lighting Design, Product Design (New), Conceptual Design, Real Estate and Property Marketing.
Eligibility:
The TITAN Property Awards is open to: International builders, Interior Designers, Designers, Marketers, Agencies, Business Owner, Developers, Lighting Designers, Landscape Designers, Trade and Professional Associations, Public and Private Undertakings, Government and Semi-Government Departments, and even organizations and individual service providers and professionals who have made it big in the real estate sector.
Submission Requirement:
Established entries must be produced within the last FIVE (5) calendar years up through the final deadline.
All entries must be submitted for judging exactly as published or implemented and may not be modified for the competition. The TITAN Property Awards may request proof of initial production and / or publication date.
A written translation or adaptation must accompany non-English entries.
The award reserves the right to re-categorize incorrectly classified entries.
Judges reserve the right to withhold an award in a category if submissions do not meet their expectations.
Entry Brief:
We recommend each synopsis to be kept at approximately 350 words. Do utilize this section to elaborate on the piece as well as providing the jury with a better understanding of your subject. A written translation or adaptation must accompany non-English entries.
Image Submission:
- The submissions should be saved in a flattened JPEG or JPG format. (keep them under 4MB, 1,200px wide is preferable, 300dpi, RGB).
2026 Entry Deadline & Fees:
Early Bird Deadline: NOV 7 – DEC 17, 2025 ($130 - $260)
Regular Deadline: DEC 18, 2025 – JAN 16, 2026 ($140 – $280)
Final Deadline: JAN 17 – FEB 13, 2026 ($160 -$300)
Final Extension Deadline: FEB 14 – MAR 18, 2026 ($180 – $320)
Last Minute Deadline: MAR 19 – APR 22, 2026 ($200 - $350)
Winning Level:
There are FOUR (4) levels of achievement in the competition:
Category Winners of the Year (Only highest scoring entries from each category will be recognized.)
Platinum - Average scores between 85 - 100
Gold - Average scores between 70 - 84
Silver - Average scores between 50 - 69
Judging:
Judging is blind. All entrant information is removed from entries to prevent bias/conflict of interest.
Our list of jurors consists of a wide variety of esteemed industry professionals, educators, influencers and editors who are devoted to creative professionals, marketing communications, interior design, architecture, and property development.
Evaluation Criteria:
Our esteemed jury panel consists of leading property industry professionals, whose contributions and innovations to the advancement of societal infrastructure are genuinely inspirational. Collectively, they evaluate, select, and reward projects across all available categories.
The project needs to be clear on its creativity, provide a better living experience for its users, demonstrate innovation, embracing new technologies, respecting the environment, and pushing boundaries of human ingenuity.
Submissions are judged at random without comparison in the same categories. Our judges will score on a scale of 1-100 based on:
- Innovation/Uniqueness
- Form & Clarity
- Function
- Quality
- Sustainability
Entries receiving an average score under 50 do not receive an award.
Results Announcement:
All winners of 2026 will be announced on May 15, 2026 via TITAN Property Awards official page. All registered participants can then log in to view the winning entries.
Prizes:
One complimentary TITAN statuette will be given to all Category Winners of the Year.
One professionally designed certificate commemorating the winning entry, which includes entry title, entering company/winners' name and category. Decal will be affixed indicating the level of win.
All winners will be featured on TITAN Property Awards site's Gallery, where professionals and public can view your work.
A press release sent to major industry outlets, celebrating your win.
Professionally designed logos for use on websites, in email signatures, etc.
In addition to the complimentary certificates, Platinum, Gold Winners and Silver may purchase beautiful TITAN Property Awards statuettes, and/or additional customized certificates.
Category Winners of the Year and Platinum Winners will get featured by TITAN Property Awards on social media or our media partner on Muse.World’s website.
