The International VELUX Award for students of architecture is open for registrations for the 2020 award. Until the 1st of April 2020, students can sign up for the biggest global competition of its kind.
The International VELUX Award challenges students from all over the world to explore the role of daylight in architecture and inspire new thinking by considering the role of daylight as an ever-relevant source of light, energy, wellbeing and joy. This year marks the 9th edition of the competition, which has been running every second year since 2004.
Winners of the award get an invitation to present their project at the World Architecture Festival 2020 and receive a prize of up to €5,000.
