The SEGD Global Design Awards is the only international awards program honoring the best in experiential graphic design, celebrating designers of experiences that connect people to place, inspire communities, and transform the built environment. Since 1987, the program has recognized outstanding projects in wayfinding, placemaking, branded environments, exhibitions, public installations, and digital experiences. Open to designers, students, and studios worldwide. The competition highlights the power of design to shape how we navigate and interact with the world around us.

Judging Process:
Submissions are evaluated by a multidisciplinary jury of renowned designers and thought leaders who assess innovation, creativity, functionality, and human impact. Jonathan Alger, Managing Partner and co-founder of C&G Partners chairs the 2025 jury.
The esteemed jurors include:
Ujijji Davis Williams: Founder of JIMA Studio, focusing on culturally relevant placemaking and strategic implementation.
Chad Finken: Experiential Design Director at IA Interior Architects, specializing in workplace, retail, and exhibition design.
Natasha Jen: Partner at Pentagram, celebrated for innovative use of graphic, verbal, digital, and spatial interventions.
Roger Mann: Co-founder and Creative Director of Casson Mann, known for pioneering exhibitions and visitor attractions.
Timothy McNeil: Professor of Design and Director of the Design Museum at the University of California, Davis, with extensive experience in exhibition design.
Judy K. Suh: Creative Director at Journey’s New York studio, bringing a background in filmmaking and installation art to experience design.
Julie Vogel: President of Clearstory, dedicated to improving civic, community, and public spaces through design.
Jocelyn Zhao: Freelance graphic designer specializing in branding and generative design, currently working at Google Creative Lab.
Awards:
