conversational spanish 2, london design festival

conversational spanish 2 was held as part of the london design festival and was  the second in a series of exhibitions exploring new spanish designers. it included the work of 10 creative designers introducing a number of new faces together with more established designers from the increasingly vibrant contemporary design-scape that includes barcelona, madrid and valencia.

there is a design revolution happening in spain – a new generation of designers is getting together with industry to create not only ideas, but commercial and innovative products. this is what makes spanish design special – the collaboration of an established manufacturing industry with innovative designers. the result is unconventional products that combine commercial and cultural success.

the exhibition was curated and designed by spanish designer hector serrano,it includes a mix of commercially produced experimental designs from: herme ciscar & monica garcia, emiliana, el ultimo grito, roger arquer, hector serrano, ramon ubeda y otto canalda, azuamoline and marti guixe.
