milan design week 2008: cappellini

‘PO/0810’ by stephen burks, table and stools handmade from recycled paper.

cappellini presented its new ‘eco-sustainable’ range named ‘cappellini love’. the collection boasts a number of designs by stephen burks that are produced in africa. also on show were new works by nendo, fabio novembre, jasper morrison and others.

‘mini bottle’ by barberosgerby, ceramic table available in blue, black and white.

‘stitch chair’ by adam goodrum, folding chair made in aluminum plate, hinged sides, seat and backrest.

‘mondo’ by lorenzo damiani, ‘the continents, depicted in pure wool, recall the classical persian rug. while the blue sea has a more modern image’.
