along side the hospitality, recreation, travel and tourism design category, the A’ design award & competition prompts architects, designers and innovators alike to submit their projects into one of over 100 different categories. these include furniture, decorative items and homeware design; architecture, building and structure design; interior space and exhibition design; packaging design; and lighting product and lighting project design. this vast array of categories allows you to enter your designs into its most relevant grouping. it also enables the international jury panel, who comprise of academics, design professionals and press members, to fairly and expertly judge each class.

with a wide-ranging winner pack awaiting designers, the competition’s top prizes are greatly desired and highly sought after. as well as international recognition, credibility and publicity, winners are also included in a special exhibition, feature in the competition’s yearbook and the world design rankings, and receive the prestigious award trophy and an invitation to the gala night, which is ideal for further networking and career opportunities.
