the A’ design award & competition was established to promote and recognize the best of all creative disciplines – from architecture to graphic design, product design to technology. the largest program of its kind, it acknowledges and showcases the best of design and architecture practices from across the globe. the mission of the A’ design award & competition is to provide a fair, ethical and competitive platform for companies, designers and innovators from all design fields, as well as from different levels of experience, and market focuses; while providing winners a global audience in which to showcase their success and talents. in its entirety, the A’ award & design competition aims to act as a blender, bringing designers, companies and the press within a larger international network, highlighting the best of good products, spaces and services — whether they are still a concept, at the prototype stage or finished and ready for the market.

the A’ design award & competition is organized by more more than 100 main categories which allows participants to submit their projects to the most suitable bracket heading. there are top design categories that are generally more competitive than others as a result of the number of submissions. these are therefore harder to win because of the high level of competition. some of the A’ design award & competition categories include: architecture, building and structure design; fashion, apparel and garment design; interior space and exhibition design; lighting products and projects design; furniture decorative items and homeware dinner; street furniture design; and sustainable products, projects and green design.
