the word ‘abfall’ is derived from german and yiddish languages meaning leftover, waste.
‘abfall’ is a new exhibition featuring the works of  israeli designer ezri tarazi. on display are a
series of homewares and furniture assembled from industry leftovers and byproducts.
the result sees large water pipes transformed into vases and aluminium ingot into bowls.
the color black was chosen to unify the pieces and express a clean language about the objects.
