with the aim of making those inhabiting workspaces even happier, the ACTIU ‘twist’ is a technology and connectivity integrated desk with vast capabilities and versatility. the furniture transforms the way in which people perceive offices, providing the ideal solution for every setting, employee and working pattern.

with similar characteristics as the namesake dance, the ACTIU ‘twist’ offers offices with agility, rhythm, freshness and flexibility. it is available in a multitude of configuration options, but all encompasses a core and integral design. a basis of solid aluminum structure supports a central framework, which joins together the legs through an assembled system. this architecture ensures that it can withstand up to three workstations in one single three-legged structure.

‘three parts for one workplace: functional, flexible, and recyclable. a modular furniture system that meets the demands of contemporary work needs,’ explains enrico frigerio, frigerio design group. the ‘twsit’ is formatted into four standard configurations, which are then individually able to be customized. these include; ‘twist spine’, a combination of sitting tables that are connected by a low cabinet; ‘twist gen’, a singular table purposed for close collaboration; ‘twist video conference’, a tall table with an integrated display monitor that is ideal for presentations, video conferences and online meetings; and ‘twist operative’, a trapezoid-shaped desk for day-to-day production.

once the series of ‘twist’ furniture has been chosen, their beneficial flexibility does not end there. the desks can also be tilted, meaning their position and direction can be moved within a 360-degree radius for hot desking, informal meetings and collaborations. this is all offered within a completely light appearance that can be further customized with a range of color options to help express the interior or brand’s motifs.
