‘chair project’ by afteroom 
stockholm-based studio afteroom has designed ‘chair project’ which is a result of taking away unnecessary structural components to minimize usage of material. presented at DMY berlin 2012 its clean, simple craftsmanship is the outcome of creating a three-legged stool with a solid oak seat pan, and backrest connected together by bent steel bar. carefully tig welded joints at connection points ensure strength and stability.
