german-born belgian-based designer alain berteau will present his ‘instant shelving unit’ (I.S.U.) for belgian furniture company feld, during milan design week 2010. I.S.U. is a DIY bookshelf with a flat-pack design solution which requires no tools for assembly. the bracket components of the unit are self-opening, in which shelves are placed.
