‘lil torch’ by antonio serrano is a portable device that can be compressed into a small lamp or extended into an LED flashlight. finding its origins in fire torches used for the olympic games, religious ceremonies, and other momentous occasions, the designer has translated the concept into a small, portable fixture rechargeable via micro USB. its tapering form has the ability to compress down to 42mm lamp. when users need to handle the light for more rigorous activities and direct its 70mm diameter glossed face towards a specific scene, its body expands to measure 163mm-long. made of rugged plastic, the shock-resistant and water-resistant gadget is available in black, green, and white.
