The art-chitecture modular furniture system by JXY Studio repositions furniture as an active spatial element. The system combines seating, lighting, and shelving within a modular framework built from standardized components and refined connection methods. Through this approach, furniture extends beyond individual objects to form adaptable structures that support human activity, illumination, and even small habitats for plants or animals while contributing to the spatial organization of an environment.

Furniture has traditionally been approached as a form of applied art, evaluated through material selection, proportion, scale, craftsmanship, and surface treatment. Within this perspective, furniture often functions primarily as an accessory within a larger interior composition.
