daily design objects by atelier macramè are turned into charming mini-worlds

in this photo series, daily design objects developed by italy-based atelier macramè become unexpected architectures inhabited by miniature men and women who carry out actions of daily life.

titled ‘design around’, atelier macramè‘s object collection is interpreted in this photo project by allegra fregosi coen gialli, the works displayed are the oh-land, tajine wood and entrèe. oh-land is an adjustable mirror influenced by pointed roofs from dutch architecture, while entrèe is a tableware collection consisting of plates, trays and a cake stand. finally, tajine wood can be used as a jewelry box or as an original vase for cut flowers. the three design products are limited editions made by tuscan craftsmen – in ceramic, wood or glass.
