the belly series brooklyn-based al-hamad design studio has different personalities, each of which radiates its own mood. the framed oval lucite domes are capable of being hung vertically, horizontally, or placed on a tabletop or floor. the lighting series protrudes from the surface they are placed on, allowing them to be suspended like paintings, waiting to come to life.
