bergadana gives the ambulance a sleek, all-white makeover

vehicle company bergadana looks to improve and update one of the most used work tools in the health sector with the release of this advanced life support ambulance. absolut is the first type c ambulance in the market built on a L2H2 van with a highly purified design that seeks perfection in that essential, practical and functional.

bergadana developed the inner area of the ambulance as a visual, intuitive and appropriate whole to respond to the real needs of medical staff and patients. the interior surfaces comprise smooth and geometrically-textured skin, causing an optical effect where the space is perceived as wider. the textured area is conceived as a wrap of the patients’ area, providing them with greater comfort and well being. the vehicle offers a high level of safety with all edges featuring a curved shape with a minimum radius of 2.5 mm in order to avoid injuries.

the left side is designed to integrate fixed oxygen cylinders, the vacuum mattress, the ampoule bag and medical equipment, creating a very coherent, intuitive and functional set

the right side incorporates a door that guarantees access to the interior of the vehicle, a swivel-folding armchair, an additional work area, as well as two storage shelves, plus a cabinet with multiple combinations

mostly lighting is indirect in order to avoid the stress of the patient and to increase the sense of comfort

the contrast of the finishings of the materials allows a quick and intuitive visual reference within the entire cabin

the ceiling integrates the lighting, treatment elements and functional elements

the central part incorporates almost all the lighting system and is delimited by a stainless steel handrail designed so that the staff can hold on

this area also incorporates the air conditioning system and a cabin control computer
