launched with sofalca at maison et objet, designer and art director toni grilo presents blackcork: a new collection dedicated to the production of natural black cork. the series by grilo features seven different pieces of furniture, alongside five other complementary objects created by young portuguese designers rui pereira, gonçalo campos, elder monteiro and luís nascimento. from tables and mirrors, to shelving and chairs the cork series highlights the functional properties of the sustainable material.
