born from the art of venetian tiles, casa dolce casa – casamood (made in florim) introduces the ‘artwork’ collection that amazes with its irregular geometries. the ceramic is composed of small fragments of material and color, creating a stylized texture that is an undisputed symbol of personality.

placed between the visual patterns of terrazzo tiles and the memphis style of 1980s milan, casamood’s ‘artwork’ collection is once again a testament to the brand’s experimental approach. its development investigates the original inspiration, disassembling and reorganizing it to transform an ancient art into a new design and technique.

the technique focuses around three cardinal shades of color offered in contrasting pairs (white-gray and white-black). these are available in three different particle sizes (micro, basic and macro) and 12 colors. the bold variations, which can also be finished as matt or gloss, can be sized as either the traditional 10mm thickness or 6mm for wall applications.

the variety of colors, finishes and even both particle and tile sizes ensure that the casamood ‘artwork’ collection truly creates an individual character. furthermore, it offers a new styled surface for architects and interior designers. reflecting upon a venetian tradition, the art spreads from walls to floors with a play of dynamic yet predefined patterns.
