staring into the ‘lucky eye’, designed by aldo cibic and tommaso corà of cibicworkshop a feeling of magic is created. installed at the triennale di milano in italy, the convex mirror casts OLED reflections throughout the space, with the luminous surface projecting panels of light from it. the piece was influenced by ancients beliefs of crystal balls that would be stared into in order to bring good fortune to their owners. the product was produced by blackbody and a finalist at for the la repubblica design award, presented during milan design week 14th april 2014.
