Corian® design, leading global producers of advanced surfacing, introduces eight new colors of Corian® solid surface for interior design and architecture. the surfaces realize designs once only dreamt of, adding bold hues to its already undulating, seamless and translucent possibilities. the swatches of new shades further aligns the decorative material with global interior design trends.

the set of bold new colors for Corian® solid surface refines the design available for interior spaces and architecture. encompassing high-level beauty, the product’s color palette now includes 98 options, structured in 15 families. the eight new colors are split into carrara, artista and then two individual options: sparkling granita and sand storm. the aesthetic of artista is particularly notably as it includes recycled content – one of 17 tones that Corian® does so. all are launching across europe, middle east and africa.

the first family of new colors – carrara – distinguishes an aesthetic inspired by the eternal marble stone, simultaneously appearing classic yet modern. carrara lino has beautiful grey veins coursing through a cool white surface. carrara crema, though, features enticing monochromatic veins dissecting a warm beige background. this effect adds a sense of comfort to the classical stone.

the artista family of shades reveals a complexity due to its pronounced veins set against neutral backgrounds. the results are timeless, contemporary in appearance to suit any design application. artista beige dials down the contrast of shades to deliver even more complex look. its warm colors reflect modernity. astista gray refreshes the enduring grey color with an intricate pattern of dark veins flowing through a mid-grey base. dark greys swirls catch the eye against the dusky background of the artista dust option. lastly, a swirling vein is also distinguished in the artista canvas as it encircles scattered light-colored particles against a comforting, warm ivory surface.
