the ‘cucumbo – spiral slicer’ designed by avichai tadmor for monkey business adds an element of color and fun to making meals. ideal for cutting cucumbers and zucchini, the bolt-shaped accessory can be turned around vegetables in the same way you would use a screw. the slicer enables you assemble the thin cuts into different spiral formations, mixing up the regular presentation of daily food items.

‘since designing the karoto, carrot peeler and sharpener, I have been working in my kitchen cutting and slicing creative new vegetable shapes. I utilized various kitchen tools to make spiral shapes’. says avichai tadmor.
