designboom goes NY local

as a city that is rich with diverse juxtapositions of contrasts, new york’s design culture has evolved into an eclecticism of visual languages which directly reflect the dynamic mix of its own icons, contextual references and urban creativity.

‘NY local’ is an exhibition curated by designboom and presents the work of some of the big apple’s best transplants, expats, design veterans and rising stars. ‘NY local’ is part of the off-site event program in the meatpacking district
