RIMOWA has collaborated with french fashion house dior on a luxe luggage capsule collection. featuring a fresh take on a handful of RIMOWA’s most sought after designs, the collection celebrates both heritage and the future of the brands.

the dior oblique motif created for the label by marc bohan in 1967 is seen across a number of travel cases including the dior and RIMOWA cabin, trunk, and handcase sizes. a minimalist, graphic design, showcases an innovative technique of inscribing gradated color directly into the product’s aluminum skin. each model is available in matte black, silver, and gradient blue.

the collection also features a ‘personal’ portable case, constructed with a leather cross-body strap and colored in a solid pink offers a pop to the collection. meanwhile, the ‘champagne case’ holder comes with gray crocodile leather and an interior designed to hold one bottle of champagne and six six dior maison champagne flutes.

in celebration of its worldwide pre-launch, RIMOWA has set up a pop-up at dior’s new store along champs-elysées in paris, where the collection is available for purchase. it will be on view until november 13.
