lost values encourages a future where design is aware of the environment, emotional, yet smart and playful. creative director, elena corchero specializes in smart textiles, finding new and interesting ways of integrating technology into our everyday life. her reflective lace project was exhibited inside the bike feature at this year’s 100% design london. the work questions safety habits in today’s fashion conscious city through cycling gear. she explores the use of reflective threads to develop garments and biking gear which encourages cycling safety, but camouflages into our everyday desired look and style.
