calm, comfortable and custom FLEXFORM soft dream sofa by antonio citterio

synonymous to its name, the FLEXFORM ‘soft dream’ sofa was designed by antonio citterio to encourage dreaming. with its incredibly generous, comfortable yet understated form, it achieves just that. however, the design also offers a great amount of versatility to ensure it fits within any home interior.

FLEXFORM’s lightweight ‘soft dream’ sofa rises above the floor on elegant cast-metal grey or bronze painted, or satin, chrome, burnished, champagne or black chrome-finished feet. these slim, supportive yet subtle legs provide an aesthetic where the upholstered metal base above seems to float. this detail drives distinction to the comfortable cushioned body, as well as the interior setting itself.

above the suspending feet, the sofa fills out generously. soft seat and seat back cushions, which are filled with goose-down, cover the length of the design. the understated yet comfortable form can be further enhanced with additional spread cushions, which also offer contrasting colors and fabrics to the options for the sofa.

as comfortable as the seating system is, the ‘soft dream’ is also defined by its versatility. armrests can be configured as high, low or in double depth versions, whilst the design itself is also available in a choice of sizes: 94cm or 110cm. this is typically in a linear composition but sectional, L-shaped systems are also provided. all this ensures FLEXFORM can provide a sofa tailored perfectly to user’s needs and home interiors.
