the string garden installation has been created by amsterdam based company fedor. the objective of these installations is to simply bring plants to eye level and its technique refers to ‘kokedama’, a japanese botanical style.  the hanging gardens use string wrapped around a plant bulb or root ball.

on show (and for sale) is also photography work by dutch duo scheltens & abbenes. the specialty of still-life photographers and stylists maurice scheltens and liesbeth abbenes is to meticulously arrange objects — in this case cut out photo-pictures of flowers — into configurations that have a strong two-dimensional or graphic character. a laborious process, in which they continuously move things around, painstakingly join pieces together and adjust little details.
