on show (and for sale) is also photography work by dutch duo scheltens & abbenes. the specialty of still-life photographers and stylists maurice scheltens and liesbeth abbenes is to meticulously arrange objects — in this case cut out photo-pictures of flowers — into configurations that have a strong two-dimensional or graphic character. a laborious process, in which they continuously move things around, painstakingly join pieces together and adjust little details.
