The Slow Hand Design exhibition, presented by the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), takes on a new dimension through a special collaboration with Thailand’s Creative Culture Agency (THACCA) to introduce the FRONT 100 initiative at Milan Design Week 2025. Showcasing 100 up-and-coming architects, designers, and creative entrepreneurs from Thailand, this initiative represents a new wave of Thai creativity, where innovation meets cultural heritage.

EMERGING THAI TALENT AT MILAN DESIGN WEEK 2025

By elevating lesser-known talents, FRONT 100 provides a platform for emerging designers to showcase their work to an international audience. The initiative serves as a special sub-exhibition for Slow Hand Design 2025 & FRONT 100, organized by the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP) in partnership with the Thailand Creative Culture Agency (THACCA). Of the 100 creators selected, 30 exhibit their work at Milan Design Week 2025, offering a curated preview of Thailand’s creative potential under the concept ‘New Occurring.’

Curated by a panel of industry experts, the 100 talents participating in FRONT 100 reflect the evolving narrative of Thai design. In their work, form and function meet cultural storytelling, while architecture and interior design become vehicles for social and environmental transformation. By exploring new materials, sustainable practices, and innovative methods, the talents featured in the 2025 edition redefine how design interacts with the world around us. Through sustainable architecture and culturally rooted aesthetics, these creators present a future that merges tradition with forward-thinking solutions.
