Again in Miami With Multidisciplinary Works by Gaetano Pesce

Gaetano Pesce‘s exhibition, Again in Miami With Multidisciplinary Works, brings together his past and present creations, featuring several new pieces never seen before. Taking place at Miami Design District (MDD) during Miami Art Week 2023, the display comprises 28 works, highlighting Pesce’s distinct blend of unpredictability, sensuality, and irony. Again in Miami With Multidisciplinary Works invites visitors on a journey to experience the boundless imagination and groundbreaking pieces of one of the design industry’s most iconic visionaries.

a bridge between Pesce’s past and present artistic expressions

Gaetano Pesce‘s exhibition can be viewed from December 4 to December 10, 2023, at 30-40 NE 4oth St. Miami, FL 33137. Standout pieces include the Oman Chair and Oman Cabinet, oversized furniture designed for an upcoming show. Other highlights, like Il Pugno (Si e’ dischiuso), and Il Guanto e O’ Sole Mio, originally conceived in the ’70s and re-crafted using updated techniques in 2023, demonstrate Pesce’s evolution as an artist. The Affections Chairs, handmade in painted resin, delve into explorations of gender and intergenerational relationships. Additionally, the gilded Up 5 + 6 ‘Compasso D’Oro’ Limited Edition pays tribute to Pesce’s iconic chair anthropomorphic, recognized with the famous Compasso d’Oro award.
