japanese designer akio hayakawa has merged two unlikely activities – that act of illumination and the act of drinking. ‘glass light’ is a humorous combination of objects, seamlessly merging an incandescent light bulb with the stem and footof a wine glass, articulating the surprising similarities of the seemingly disparate outcomes of man’s creations.
