french designer guillaume delvigne + architect vincent eschalier have collaborated on the ‘léon collection’ a series of furniture made from solid wood for french furniture manufacturer tek import. comprised of a table, chairs and a low storage cabinet, the pieces are each highlighted by a refined profile which is derived from a single stroke of a pencil.

the distinguishing feature of the ‘léon collection’ is this ‘nose’ characteristic which is seen in each of the three pieces. it is a generous curve which is situated at the handling areas of the furniture which gently finishes off the volumes with sharper ridges. the construction of the furniture allows them to participate in custom-built play without losing their character.

the ‘léon collection’ is made from either teak or solid oak.
