dutch industrial designer han koning has just finished the prototypes of ‘reheat v10.1.’
in color and form, the pendulum lamp recalls the supersonic concorde aircraft. the piece is composed of two identical acrylic shells, united by hot bending but preserving a slight shift in layout, which adds interest to the shape and makes the openings at each end different from one another.

version 10.1 is made of phosphorescent acrylic glass whose color resembles the afterburner (or reheat) of the concorde at takeoff. all lamps are completely handmade.
