japanese designer haruka misawa creates fish bowls with architectural pizzazz called ‘waterscapes’. working with theories of buoyancy in water, the transparent aquariums feature air bubbles that suspend and cradle aquatic plants for the fish to enjoy. each includes white methodical shapes that divide water environments in subtle schemes, allowing the fish to conform in new ways. unfortunately, the four samples are just prototypes and are only presented in misawa’s book.
