from the 3rd july – 6th september, 2015

the franz mayer museum is currently showcasing an in-depth overview of hector esrawe’s work. materia prima (raw material) provides an overview of the processes and methodologies that the mexican designer has learned and perfected over the past twenty-five years.

‘my studio is now 23 years old – so many, many things have changed! something that hasn’t changed is that I don’t wan’t to define who I am as a designer or what the studio does. I always try to keep every door open and not be categorized.’ – hector esrawe
