designer soojin hyun is a korean born designer who recently graduated from the design academy eindhoven and now lives in atlanta. hyun displayed his ‘house on a table’ at this year’s milan design week at the upcoming designer showcase, salone satellite and at the design academy’s exhibition at spazio rossana orlandi. the project’s concept is a personal office table which more closely resembles a house, than a cubicle. in order to invigorate the idea of the office desk with childlike play and wonder, hyun created a playhouse like form for the desk. it consists of 1 table, 4 walls and 1 roof. you can customize the unit to make it your own. when multiple units are grouped in an office the desks become a town.
