milanese studio klass unveils its newly designed fused glass top table ‘hype’ developed for italian leading glass company fiam presented at milan design week. using a unique technique, the studio creates a fused and tempered glass tabletop which is thoughtfully imperfect and always different.

the top of klass and fiam’s table is entirely made of 15 mm glass processed through handcrafted techniques where the know-how of the company is an essential part of the project. the tabletop becomes a living surface to which has been contrasted a cold CNC-cut and curved steel base. the design of the structure is inspired and took its name from the equilateral hyperbole, both dynamic and rigorous geometry which is in contrast with the fused glass of the top.
