inga sempé + almedahls launch new fabric at stockholm furniture fair 2018

at the stockholm furniture fair 2018, which will take place in february, the visitors will find a stand of almedahls — the kinna-based company specialized in textile design keeping up strong nordic traditions. this year the brand will launch ‘drops on line’, a fabric designed in collaboration with inga sempé.

working in paris, sempé is a designer collaborating with scandinavian, italian and french companies, such as alessi, HAY, and mutina. for almedahls, she created a white translucent fabric for blind or screen dividers with a line-and-dot pattern.
