swiss designer joerg boner recently showcased a series of pieces he designed for the zurich based design gallery temporary addorisio. the collection features lighting, furniture and storage all designed with boner’s experimental simplicity. ‘universal’ is a furniture piece that can be used as a table or stool. the design intentionally explored ‘how far form can distance itself from function.’ also in the collection is the ‘suspension’ pendant lamp. produced in limited edition, this lamp is made from acrylic glass pieces held together with small pieces of leather string. the other piece boner designed for temporary addorisio, is the ‘olma’ shelves. made from colourless glass fibre fabric, this set of shelves can be used on their own or stacked on top of each other.
