custom made for lady gaga and worn in a scene of her ‘marry the night’ video clip is a pair of appropriately ‘gaga’ shoes by japanese designer noritaka tatehana – currently being exhibited as part of the ‘shoe obsession’ exhibition at the fashion institute of technology museum in new york until the 13th of april, 2013. the 18 inch high ‘lady pointes’ are the second highest pair of shoes tatehana has ever crafted for gaga, a design merging the worlds of ballet, art and haute couture.
