referencing the stone surfaces and the dripstones of antoni gaudi’s sagrada familia, the experimental shoes by designer laura papp feature similar surface textures to that of the spanish cathedral in barcelona. cast in white porcelain, the footwear concept is capable of supporting up-to 160 kg due to the integrity of the ceramic structure. the shoe soles are formed completely out of rubber for grip, meanwhile the upper is made out of genuine leather.
