LEGO gives brick form to the 1974 porsche 911 turbo

LEGO has added yet another iconic model to its speed champions line. consisting of 180 pieces, the 1974 porsche 911 turbo comes complete with a mini figure donning the brand’s crest and is set for release later this summer.

it also features wide-lipped wheels that have stretched-looking tires and the model’s famous ‘whale tail’ rear spoiler. the build also comes with three cones so you can built your own tiny slalom course.

accompanying the set is a mini figure wearing a brown leather jacket and a porsche logo shirt. a removable windshield to make makes it easier to get him behind the wheel.

LEGO‘s speed champions line offers smaller, less expensive kits that recreate a variety of vehicles. the new porsche measures 5 inches (15 centimeters) long, 2 inches (6 cm) wide, and 1 inch (4 cm) tall.

this isn’t the first time lego has offered a kit for a porsche 911. in 2016, the company revealed a much more advanced 2704-piece 1:8 scale technic 911 gt3 rs.
